Product is great. Easy install. Looks great. More importantly customer service was phenomenal. There was an issue with the first package getting lost in the mail, without hesitation, a replacement was sent immediately.

Good product. I suppose it’s asking too much for a Plug-n-play shade (like you would use on your windshield) for the size that needs to be covered in the Model S sky-roof. I’m sure it gets easier with each time you install it but that’s assuming you don’t lose the clips included along the way. I also was shocked and just can’t fathom why anyone would stick a metallic disc to their $100k+ sky-roof in order to keep the shade from sagging. Either way, none of that actually takes anything away from the product itself that seems to be made well and do its described job as specified.

Easy setup and excellent fit. Found the online video helpful and would recommend this product for 2021+ Model S owners.
Product was well designed, fairly easy to install, and definitely reduced the heat in the car’s interior. Only issue was the lack of installation instructions. I figured it out, but probably could have saved time if directions were included.
