Tesla continues development in Israel with new job postings in the country. The manufacturer seeks to expand by improving sales and service.
Tesla continues to grow in the Israeli market despite a slowdown in sales in recent months due to a production shutdown at Giga Shanghai in Q2 and a partial shutdown in Q3 2022 due to modernization. General Manager of Tesla Israel Adi Gigi invited prospective applicants to join the company via a LinkedIn announcement. Viewing the vacancies shows that Tesla is focusing on finding employees for the service team. Of the 11 vacancies, seven are in the Vehicle Service category:
- Vehicle Preparation Specialist
- Field Technical Specialist / Trainer
- Service Manager Israel
- Service Advisor Israel
- Service Supervisor Israel
- Service Technician
- Mobile Service Technician
- B2B Account Manager and Tesla Advisor for Sales & Customer Support
- Operations Specialist for Operations & Business Support
- Senior Field Service Technician Industrial Storage / Supercharging for Energy - Solar & Storage
In general, the positions listed indicate an expansion of the existing team. At the moment, Tesla's plans to add stores or a service center are unknown. However, the focus on expanding the service team indicates that the manufacturer is looking to improve customer satisfaction. Earlier, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that he devotes his personal time to improving Tesla service and strives to make it amazing.
