Tesla is working to ensure that most of its vehicles in North America can receive same-day service. While some vehicles will still have to wait longer for service, Tesla is committed to providing its customers with a high-end service that is unparalleled in the industry.

For ten years, Tesla has been heavily focused on manufacturing. However, now that two mass-market vehicles, Model 3 and Model Y, have been developed and produced, and more than two million vehicles have been delivered to the market, the company must focus on maintaining its fleet. While Tesla can resolve many of its customers' small issues quickly, often via a mobile service, others with more complex issues have to wait longer, and the ever-increasing number of vehicles suggests a more serious challenge.

The manufacturer is well aware of the need to expand the service, especially in North America, which is the company's main market, which was also voiced by Tesla CEO Elon Musk in 2021. On Saturday, he made an important announcement, saying the company is working to ensure that 2/3 of its vehicles in North America can receive same-day service. This is truly encouraging news for clients who, on occasion, have had to wait several weeks before making an appointment.

Currently, there are about 200 service centers in North America, about 160 of which are located in the United States. Musk's statement suggests that in the near future their number should increase significantly, which will reduce the burden on service centers and increase satisfaction with the company's car ownership.
