Uber Eats and DoorDash's BitPay integration allows users to pay with crypto using a special gift card. In addition, the BitPay Card allows customers to spend their crypto anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.
BitPay has introduced a new feature, Pay for DoorDash and Uber Eats Food Delivery with Crypto, according to a blog post. To do this, you need to buy gift cards for food delivery services like DoorDash and Uber Eats using your crypto wallet. After that, you can use the BitPay Card to spend crypto like cash. You can order food using Menufy or Takeaway.com and pay straight from your crypto wallet.
BitPay makes it quick and easy to turn crypto into prepaid gift cards that can be spent just like cash at hundreds of merchants across a variety of categories, including DoorDash and Uber Eats. It only takes a few steps to start converting your cryptocurrency into gift cards:
- Download the BitPay App.
- Tap the Shop with Crypto tab in the app.
- Select your preferred food delivery service, like DoorDash and Uber Eats.
- Enter the amount you'd like to load onto the card between $25 and $1000.
- Select the wallet and cryptocurrency you want to use to buy the prepaid Uber Eats or DoorDash gift card.
- Confirm your transaction.
- You'll receive your gift card instantly and can use it immediately. It can even be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay for easier access.
For even more flexibility, the BitPay card allows you to spend cryptocurrency wherever Mastercard is accepted. The card can be used with any food delivery service. In addition, customers can order food delivery from local restaurants that use their own delivery service.
