The mud flaps retainer clips keep popping out. How do I prevent this from happening? I currently need replacements before I lose the mud flaps. Any recommendations? Other than that they are good mud flaps.

The extension clips were difficult to put. Few more extra clips needed because the core of some slips got damaged while inserting into the sleeve.
