Fits nicely. End piece didn’t really attach well but it still works if I don’t remove it from the glove box. I would buy it on sale again.
The glove box organizer is such a simple item, but fits well inside the glove box and is useful for separating the glove box into compartments. Owner's manual, charger adaptor, etc. can be kept in glove box in their own separate spaces.
I typically have used the big independent supplier of rubber mats for past cars. They didn't have a product desiged for the 23 model 3 yet, so I found Tesmanian as a lower cost option to the factory mats. Overall very pleased with the choice. All the products fit great, plastic is durable and pliable, provides great protection for the new car. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

The materials themselves are hard plastic but it does the job.
