FedEx destroyed the first one. I emailed Tesmanian customer service when the first one arrived and they immediately mailed out a replacement for free.
FedEx lost the second one. So now both Tesmanian and I are out $90. Tesmanian CS is wonderful but they might need to drop FedEx….
