In a momentous event at the 74th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) held in Baku, Azerbaijan, SpaceX founder Elon Musk was announced as the recipient of the esteemed IAF World Space Award for 2023. The award, which is considered one of the most prestigious in the field of space exploration, recognizes individuals or teams for their exceptional contributions to the advancement of space science, technology, medicine, law, or management, and their profound impact on the progress of astronautics worldwide.

Elon Musk, renowned for his visionary leadership and pioneering work in space technology, stood out as the winner among individuals for his remarkable contributions to the world of space exploration.
