Tesla Announces its Fall 2022 Supercharger location winners. The locations were selected through a consumer vote launched in early September.

Tesla offers the widest network of charging stations in the world. The company has over 4,600 Supercharger stations that offer around 42,000 stalls worldwide. In early September, Tesla allowed consumers to choose their next Supercharger location via a Twitter poll. In order to determine which places would participate in the poll, Tesla encouraged them to suggest places in the answers, and the places with the most likes will be included in a further voting poll.

The company has now announced the locations that have been selected as locations for Superchargers. On Saturday, Tesla announced 15 new locations including five in the US, four in South Korea, three in Germany, one in Italy, one in Hungary, and one in Japan.

  1. Big Bear Lake, CA, US
  2. Sylva, NC, US
  3. Lake Okeechobee, FL, US
  4. Morro Bay, CA, US
  5. Dalton, GA, US
  6. Bolzano, Italy
  7. Dresden, Germany
  8. Rostock, Germany
  9. Pecs, Hungary
  10. Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany
  11. Haenam, Korea
  12. Pocheon, Korea
  13. Ganghwa Island, Korea
  14. Seodaemon, Korea
  15. Iida, Japan

Tesla is currently hard at work expanding its charging network. The most actively developing markets are the USA, China, Canada, and Germany. In the coming days, Tesla will finish installing its 10,000th Supercharger stall in China, a terrific achievement.

The company's plans include opening its network of charging stations for non-Tesla vehicles around the world, so increasing the number of Superchargers is much needed. At the moment, the extended access program is being tested in Europe. In addition, it is expected that it will be opened in the US soon.
