According to Tesla, its Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg offers training in a total of 17 trades and also offers eight dual courses of study. According to the company, after the training, all interns are offered jobs with the possibility of further education. The main entry criterion is a qualifying high school/college diploma or a high school diploma.
