Tesla Starts Sending 2nd Round of Invitations to Semi Truck Delivery Event

Tesla has started its second round of invitations to the Semi Truck delivery event. The company emphasizes that all shareholders, including small ones, have a chance to join the historic event.

Exactly in one week, next Thursday, Tesla's long-awaited event to deliver the first electric Semi trucks will take place. This should be an epic event as fans, investors, and customers looking to include eco-friendly trucks in their fleet have been waiting for this for five years. The first deliveries will take place on December 1 and the first trucks will be handed over to Pepsi Co.

Last week, Tesla began sending invitations to the event to company shareholders who were selected by random draw. A few lucky ones shared the great news on Twitter. But, since then, there have been no reports of invitations being received. On November 24, the Head of Investor Relations at Tesla, Martin Viecha, announced via Twitter that the second batch of invites for the Tesla Semi delivery event had been sent out and urged shareholders to check their email, including their spam folder.

@grizmatt|/Twitter was lucky enough to get an invite, which he shared on the platform.

At the moment, it is not known whether Tesla will still send out even more invitations after today or whether all available places have already been filled. In order to be eligible to receive an invitation, investors must have a verified shareholder status on the Tesla Shareholder Platform. Shareholders who register on it receive Tesla Investor Relations information, announcements, access to questions and answers, and the opportunity to participate in events. In order to register on the platform, you need to enter your email address and confirm your status as a shareholder through the SAY platform. Tesla uses this platform to allow investors to ask questions for earnings calls. You can also verify your shareholder status manually through another platform, no matter where you hold your shares.
