Tesla invites students to the Manufacturing Development Program for training and further employment in the company. The manufacturer will provide ample opportunities for high school graduates who will have access to building a career in one of the most disruptive companies in the world.

Tesla is inviting high school graduates to be part of their team. The company is looking for a new class of graduates who will help it build a more sustainable future for the world by taking a direct part in producing the products that make it happen. Tesla invites them to join the Manufacturing Development Program, which is designed to provide graduating high school seniors with the financial resources, coursework, and experience they need to start a successful manufacturing career at Tesla.

Students can join the program in California, Nevada, New York, and Texas, which has already provided hundreds of students with career opportunities. For this, students must apply on the manufacturer's website here. After applying, they will take part in a series of information sessions and interviews. Those selected will receive their offer and be invited to a signing day celebration. After that, the training will begin.

After completing all program requirements, which include specific courses at a community college, graduates earn a Tesla Advanced Manufacturing Certification and begin applying their new skills as a Production Associate at one of Tesla’s Gigafactories located in the USA. All positions are full-time, paid, and include benefits and stock ownership.
