Tesla Prepares to Enter the Romanian Market by Opening Recruitment for the Service Center

It looks like Tesla is looking to enter the Romanian market as the company has begun recruiting for positions in Bucharest, Romania's capital. The first employees that are needed are the service center employees.

On December 14, Tesla opened recruitment for a number of positions related to the work of the service center and the store. Initial job listings included: Tesla Advisor, Store Manager, Senior Service Technician, Service Manager, and Service Technician. However, as of today, sales positions have been removed from the list. At the moment, it remains unknown whether they were already occupied or the company made changes to the development plan in Romania.

The practice of opening a Service Center first is not unusual. When a service center appears in a country, residents of the country become much more predisposed to buying a car. The fact is that, at the moment, although Tesla cars are not officially sold in a number of European countries, especially in Eastern Europe, people still buy them in roundabout ways. However, in the event of any problems, they are forced to go to a service center located in Austria or the Netherlands. This is very inconvenient and often a repelling factor. Having a service center in the country will certainly solve this difficulty.

In the description of the posts, Tesla wrote:

"As we prepare for our exciting new entry in to Romania, we are looking to recruit a Senior Service Technician/Service Manager/Service Technician to join our brand new team in Bucharest!

At Tesla, our Senior Service Technician/Service Manager/Service Technician is the backbone of the Service operation, who consistently deliver a revolutionary and exceptional experience to Tesla customers every day, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy."

Tesla is expanding its presence around the world, gradually increasing speed and efforts to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
