A Tesla service center in Mexico welcomed the Mayor of Naucalpan. Angélica Moya Marín said she is committed to creating the right conditions for companies like Tesla to stay and increase their presence in the national market, creating jobs and growing the regional economy.
In order to maintain a direct channel of communication with companies that have decided to settle in Naucalpan, the president of the municipality, Angélica Moya Marín, visited the Tesla service center there, according to NDP Noticias. Tesla is the world's leading manufacturer of electric vehicles and energy storage systems, and a very important contributor to the economies of many countries around the world, including Mexico.
After the visit, Mayor Marín stressed that the government must create favorable conditions to attract investment from companies such as Tesla that have already invested in the region. She explained that it is important that they not only remain, but also increase their participation in the national market, creating jobs and contributing to the development of the regional economy.
“It is up to the governments to create the right conditions to attract new investments and that companies like Tesla, which have already invested in our municipality, remain and increase their participation in the national market, for the creation of new jobs and reactivate the regional economy,” expressed the mayor at the end of the tour of the Tesla service center.
Tesla started its activity in Mexico in 2015. The company currently has several Stores, Galleries, and Service Centers in Mexico, including Mexico City South, Mexico City-Masaryk, Mexico City - Calle 4, Guadalajara-Av Patria, Monterrey and Yucatán-Mérida. The Mayor visited the Tesla service center in Mexico City - Calle 4.
