Tesla opens a second service center in Berlin. The move aims to increase customer satisfaction with the company's services as the manufacturer's customer base in Germany is steadily growing and Giga Berlin will soon start production.

Tesla continues its expansion in Berlin and has opened an additional location in the north of the capital of Germany. The new location—Tesla Center Roedernallee—is designed to serve customers from the north of Berlin. Another representative office of the company is located in the southern part of the German capital, in Schönefeld, and until now, the service and delivery of cars were carried out only there. In addition, Tesla has a showroom in the Mall of Berlin.

“With the opening of the Tesla Center Roedernallee, Tesla is getting closer to its customers and expanding its footprint in Germany,” the company wrote. The new center will be engaged in a wide range of services from advising customers when choosing the company's product to servicing their cars. Roedernallee has a showroom, workshop, and delivery area of 1,600 square meters (17,200 square feet). The center also offers Model 3 and Model Y test drives, which can be booked online.

Tesla currently operates 28 stores and 20 service centers in Germany and will expand even more in the future. This is due to the ever-growing interest of consumers in the company’s cars, and the expanding client base of the company. For example, Model 3 became the best-selling electric car in Germany in 2021. In the near future, Tesla will start mass production at Giga Berlin and even more of the company's vehicles will appear on the country's roads.
