Tesla Model Y reservation holders have been receiving their VINs. Reports of a new wave of Model Y VINs started in the first week of June, the last month of Q2 2020. The increasing amount of reservations holders reporting that they have received their VINs. This suggests that Tesla preparing for another quarter-end push.
Recently it became known that in anticipation of the first deliveries of Model Y to Canada, which are scheduled for this month, customers began to receive emails in which the company asks the order owners for driver's license, select trade-in and payment options. A few days ago, a Tesla representative in Vancouver confirmed that the first deliveries of Model Y will begin in June. He also said that they were hoping to get a Model Y demonstration car for their Tesla Park Royal showroom in Vancouver. It should be available for viewing and test-drives also starting this month.
