Tesla FSD Beta continues to improve and its new version 9 pleasantly surprised many testers, even those who were skeptical about removing the radar from the car. The new FSD Beta V9 works only on video received from all its cameras and after a couple of updates will be ready for public release.

After Tesla started the release of FSD Beta V9 for testers early this morning, many videos and discussions about this have already appeared on the Internet. Drivers said that now their cars have become more confident even on difficult road sections and can easily make unprotected turns, roundabouts, driving along narrow streets, and much more. Overall, the owners describe it as smoother and more confident than the previous version 8.3.

In assessing his driving experience, one of the testers @28delayslater/Twitter assumed that after one or two updates, the FSD Beta would be ready for public release. Tesla CEO Elon Musk reacted to his tweet and confirmed that this statement is accurate. Thus, although no estimated time frame has been given, we can get an idea of what stage of development the newest FSD is at.

Together with the new update, Tesla has improved the UI visualization. Now you can see on the screen that the car "sees" its surroundings. At the moment, people and different types of vehicles are recognized by FSD Beta and displayed with corresponding objects. However, Tesla's "mind of car" does not render animals at all, which seems will be improved soon. Musk said that visualization will improve significantly in upcoming releases, as the goal is to reflect reality.
