Tesla Inc. officially opened its first showroom in Singapore. The event follows after the company opened its first Supercharger and began delivering its first vehicles.

Tesla officially opened its first showroom in Singapore at Raffles City on July 30 at 11:00 am local time. This event completes the third step of the company's official entry into the country's market, as the first Supercharger has already been operational and the first customers have received deliveries of their vehicles.

The approximately 159 sq ft. showroom became the first in Singapore and the first in Southeast Asia. It is located on the first level of ONE Assembly in Raffles City at 252 North Bridge Rd, #01-01/02. The showroom features two Tesla Model 3, which is currently the only model available for sale in Singapore. Here, customers can order a test drive to get experience with the car and a better understanding of its capabilities.

The Raffles City location is Tesla's first showroom in Singapore, although the company is reportedly planning to open another at Jewel Changi Airport. The company intends to firmly establish itself in the republic. On July 29 at 10:00 am Singapore time, Tesla delivered the first Model 3s to its customers. This event marked the official entry of the manufacturer into the city-state market after several years of difficult relations and uncertainty. The delivery event was held at the company’s Experience Center in Toa Payoh, which also has a Service Center.

In parallel with the start of deliveries and the launch of the Service Center, the Californian manufacturer also recently opened the very first Supercharger in the country. Tesla's new Supercharger site is located in Orchard Central shopping center at 181 Orchard Rd on the ninth level. The charging station consists of three 250kW stalls with more to be installed in the coming months.
