Tesla officially opened its new Service Center Plus in the south of Hannover. The new location combines service and sales under one roof and covers an area of about 3,000 square meters and is the largest of its kind in Germany.
Until now, Tesla served the north and northeast of Germany with branches in Hamburg, Berlin and Hannover. Having moved from the city center to the larger center at Mittelfeld 25, the company intends to develop not only the “steadily growing region around Hanover”, but also the “Large Region between the Ruhr Region, Northern Germany and Berlin”. According to the spokesperson, this will ensure the entire region around Hanover, which still has a "huge gap" in the region. Tesla owners in Hannover attended a workshop in the north of Hamburg.
“For us, the priority is to provide the region’s customers with the best experience and the best service. For this reason, moving from the city center to a new location, which is much more convenient for many customers from the surrounding area, was the only logical step, ”says the Tesla press service. According to the company, the staff from the city store is fully integrated into the new location, and additional jobs are being created.
The new location is close to the metro, but also easily accessible from A7, A37 and B6.
Tesla was faced with a service problem. There was a store in Hannover, but there was no service center and the customers had to go to Hamburg or Berlin. That is why the company's management decided to provide additional after-sales service. Now the work can be done in the new Service Center Plus.
But even the extended service center, apparently, doesn't operate the entire premises, so it can be assumed that starting from 2020, deliveries can also be made in Hanover.
