Tesla China Introduces The 1st Multi-Purposes All-In-1 Experience Center In Shanghai

On May 8, during the Shopping Festival, the first Tesla Integrated Experience Center in Shanghai officially opened with many services, including display, sales, and after-sales control and service.

This experienced store is called Chuangzhihui Tesla Integrated Experience Center, the first Tesla center in Shanghai. It began trial operation in the Wujiaochang business district in Yangpu district, Shanghai on April 1.

The Experience Center manager, Huang Xianchang, told reporters: “The Chuangzhihui store is the first new mode experience store that Tesla tried in Shanghai. Tesla Experience Center used to have two modes of operation. Plus, open in Hongqiao and Jinqiao, the Lite retail chain, has branches in Taikoo Hui and Xintiandi."

The Tesla Integrated Experience Center is located at the intersection of Guoding East Road and Xiangyin Road, Chuangzhihui Park, Yangpu District.

The Experience Center model is a full-featured experience store that combines the first two, customer-oriented, and integrates the functions of sales and after-sales services. Also, in the store, customers can attend a test drive by appointment.

During the epidemic, the pilot center launched a non-contact test drive service. When the buyer arrives at the place for a test drive in the park for an agreed time, the seller directly launches the car through the application, and the consumer can directly get a test drive.

After completing the test drive, customers who want to place an order to buy a car can directly make an order on the Internet: choose the style they like and complete the order. From test drive to purchase, there is no need to contact sales staff throughout the process.

Since the trial operation in April this year, the popularity of the Tesla Chuangzhihui Experience Center continues to grow: the number of customers who enter the store on weekdays is very high, and passenger traffic on weekends will grow by about 30% more than usual.

Inspection and service maintenance points in the store are also key to attracting new passengers. In addition to offline sales and maintenance, customers can simply pay for the order on the Tesla official website and pick up the car directly in the offline store.
