How long does it take for me to receive my order??
Domestic Ground, your order should arrive within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed.
Domestic Priority: 5-7 Business days from the date the order was placed
International First Class: 10-14 business days from the date the order was placed
International Priority: 7-10 Business days
Please contact us if you require 2-3 day or express shipping services for your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, as well as money orders as payment (personal checks are not accepted). Our accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, and Paypal.
Is my debit/credit card charged immediately when I submit an order?
Yes, once you submit your order, our system will complete the transaction, and your debit/credit card will be immediately charged for all online orders. If any item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you, and the corresponding refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
How do I know if any of my items are on back order or discontinued?
We will notify you via email or phone as soon as we discover that any part you have ordered is out of stock or discontinued. We do not offer a back-order option, but any out-of-stock items will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
Can I add to an existing order?
Yes, it is only possible to add to an existing order that has not been processed with a tracking number. Otherwise, we are unable to make any changes to the order. If you require additional parts, you will need to place another order or contact us to create a new order.
