HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • For Domestic Ground, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed.
  • For Domestic Priority: 5-7 Business days from the date the order was placed
  • For International First Class: 10-14 business days from the date the order was placed
  • For International Priority: 7-10 Business days
  • For 2-3 days or express service, please contact us to complete your order
  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    • We accept debit, credit cards, Money order as payment (No personal check). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, and Paypal

    IS MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I SUBMIT AN ORDER?

    • Yes, our system will completed the transaction after your submit of the order, your debit/credit card is immediately charged for all online orders. Any out of stock or back order item will be notify and will be refund within 3-5 business days.

    HOW DO I KNOW IF ANY OF MY PARTS ARE ON BACK ORDER OR DISCONTINUED?

    • We will contact you via email or by phone as soon as we find out any part you have ordered is out of stock or discontinued. We do not have back-order option. All out of stock item will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

    CAN I ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

    • Yes, only an order has not been process out with a tracking number, otherwise we are not able to add to an existing order. If you need other parts, you will need to place an additional order or give us a call to make another order.
