Domestic US Orders

We do our best to provide our customers with easy returns. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy and satisfied.


Please contact us within 30 days of your order purchase date or your Tesla delivery date, so we can authorize your return. Item(s) should be in their original package and in brand new condition in order to receive a full refund.


We do cover the initial shipping costs for our valued customers. As such, customers are responsible for the return shipping and it is not refundable. The initial shipping fee may be deducted from the order if there is nothing wrong with the product(s).  


We also offer store credit or exchanges for any returns made after 30 days. Please return items no later than 90 days in order to receive store credit.  


Return and exchange items should be in NEW condition with all the original hardware that was included with the item and must include original packing material.


If the item is clearly used or missing any parts, it can void the return eligibility or a 20% re-stocking fee may deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us first so we can better understand your case. Our goal is to deal with each return case fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that to value each of our customers and to receive your loyalty in shopping with us again in the future.


All refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete after return item received.

International Orders Return

We are happy to accept your return. Please contact us first to receive instruction. Refusing the package to sender may result in high return shipping cost that will deducted from your refund amount. International return shipping is responsible by the customer. All other return policies remain the same as above.

A: No worries, we are gladly to extend your return / exchange date. Simply contact us .


2. Having a hard time with Installation / unsuccessful installation?
A: Our part specialist is happy to help with achieving a great installation. Please contact us for a live agent to call you back before returning a used product.


3. I received a damage / defective item.
A: Please keep item(s) and the original shipping package. Simply email us with product photos to get your item replaced / exchanged.
