On October 13, Tesla lowered Model S pricing in the US, Canada, and China. 

In the US, the Tesla Model S Long Range Plus now starts at $71,990, a $3,000 price cut from $74,990. The Model S Performance also gets a $3,000 price cut, from $94,990 to $91,990.

In China, Tesla Model S’ starting price sees a 3% reduction.

In Canada, as DriveteslaCanada reports, starting prices of the Model S Long Range Plus & Performance in get a $4,000 CAD and $6,000 CAD price cut.
