Tesla is preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar store in Israel, which will likely be in Herzliya. Sources said the real estate company will soon sign a contract with the manufacturer.

CBRE Group, Inc., headquartered in Los Angeles, is one of the world's largest commercial real estate and investment services firms. Tesla has hired the Israeli branch of the agency that helps the company find and manage properties around the world. Globes, referring to its unnamed sources, reported on Monday that it is believed that the contract for the provision of real estate in Israel is already close to being signed.

CBRE and the manufacturer are soon to sign a contract to provide premises, probably in Herzliya. It became known that at the new location Tesla is preparing to open its first brick-and-mortar store--its first in Israel--which will be located in the center of the country. The store will be modeled and designed in the same format as the company's stores around the world. There will be a large showroom, storage space for a small number of cars, and charging stations.

In the store, customers can view various models of Tesla cars, the available options, and their various settings, as well as get a test drive. In addition, some of the small stock of vehicles can also be sold to customers on an immediate payment basis.

At the moment, it is already known that Tesla has rented a warehouse and former Ferrari showroom in Beit Kardan in Tel Aviv and has offices in Petah Tikva. The company also has a pop-up store in the Ramat Aviv mall in the north of Tel Aviv.
