On April 14, 2020. Zoox announced it settled Tesla lawsuit, and will make a payment to the company (TESLA). Also, Zoox will undergo and audit to ensure no Zoox employees have retained or are using Tesla confidential information. The company acknowledges certain new hires from Tesla the EV maker 'were in possession of Tesla documents' and Zoox 'regrets the actions of those employees'
