Tesla Makes its Superchargers Free During Off-Peak Hours in the U.S. During Christmas Break

In the best tradition, Tesla again makes gifts to its customers. The company announced that its Superchargers will be free during off-peak hours in the United States during the Christmas break, which will delight the company's customers, as well as help to reduce workload during peak hours.

During the holidays, many people traditionally travel more. Having a break for several days, some just want to relax, and others to visit their loved ones or friends. At the same time, people prefer to use cars as the most convenient means of transport. Of course, when traveling over long distances, the electric car needs to be charged more often, which leads to an increase in the load at the charging stations.

In order to enhance the Tesla car ownership experience and maximize the support of its customers, the company gave them a Christmas gift. All Tesla vehicles that will charge from December 23rd to 26th, from 7 pm to 10 am, get access to free charging on a number of manufacturer's Superchargers in the U.S. The holiday promotion is taking place at 75 Supercharger stations in 11 different states.

Avoid the rush this holiday season and charge for free during off‑peak hours at Superchargers along select travel routes in the United States.
