Dual and Tri motor Tesla Cybertruck expected late 2021

Cybertruck is attracting more and more people around the world. It has a unique futuristic design that draws attention and blows our minds. Such an appearance will surely attract the attention of a much younger audience. And it works! The Cybertruck has performance characteristics that are significantly better than other pickups. Cybertruck also can boasts unprecedented acceleration. Tesla Cybertruck Tri-motor AWD has an acceleration of 0-60 miles in 2.9 seconds, which is faster than Porsche 911!

Of all the proposed options, Dual motor and Tri motor are the most popular. On November 23, when the number of orders was 146 thousand, Elon Musk wrote on his Twitter account how orders are distributed between the three options. 42% put in a Dual motor, 41% Tri motor and 17% single motor.

One of Tesla's enthusiasts, TeslaRun, tracks the number of Tesla Cybertruk pre-orders. According to him, the number of pre-orders has already exceeded 340,000 units.

When the pre-orders for Cybertruck were opened, Tesla said a high-performance Tri motor truck should go into production at the end of 2022, almost a year after Single and Dual motor designs.

But, probably, having assessed the whole situation, the Tesla team decided to start production with more popular configurations of Cybertruck.

Another Tesla enthusiast Earl of FrunkPuppy, noted that the preorder site for the Cybertruck now lists Tri- and Dual-motor production scheduled to begin in late 2021. However, Tesla is delaying starting sing-motor, rear-wheel-drive production until late 2022.

Apparently, the majority of orders were received for Tri motor and Dual motor, so many people will be able to get their cars a year ahead of schedule. This is really good news. We look forward when the first owners to receive their Cybertrucks.

Cybertruck is one of the most striking products presented today, which has an amazingly reasonable price.
