Musk tweeted today that he will be interviewing job seekers on Friday for one of the most impressive projects in Europe, Giga Berlin. He indicated that the interview would be personally conducted by him and that it would take place in the factory on Friday. Anyone who meets the stated requirements can send their resume to 25Guns@Tesla.com.
Recruiting ace engineers for Giga Berlin! Will interview in person tomorrow on site. Send resume to 25Guns@Tesla.com.— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) November 5, 2020
A few hours ago, Musk's plane landed at BER's new Airport in Brandenburg, just 30 minutes from Giga Berlin. This visit was not announced in advance and was unexpected. Musk's tweet followed just 45 minutes after landing.
At the moment, the employment agencies of Brandenburg are actively engaged in recruiting because, by the summer of 2021, the factory should employ about 8,000 employees who will produce Model Y for the European market. Tesla offers a very good and competitive salary, so there should be no problems with recruiting, especially given the massive layoffs that Europeans are experiencing due to the influence of COVID-19. The salary for employees of Giga Berlin starts at 2,700 euros per month.

In addition to the interview, Musk is to meet with Minister for Economic Affairs, Labor and Energy Jörg Steinbach.
