Elon Musk took some time on Twitter recently to explain why submarines were like EVs. Submarine cars have been a long-time dream for people who are fans of spy flicks and cool vehicles altogether. But there is a real-world use for cars that can be submerged under a certain level of water, namely floods.
Austria has introduced tax reforms to enforce low CO2 emission vehicles in the country. The local government has introduced changed to its NoVA tax and motor-related insurance tax. The changes will significantly affect ICE vehicles, but does nothing affect all-electric cars like Tesla’s Models S,3, and X.
