Tesla is looking to expand its reach in Spain by offering Model 3 and Model Y test drives across the country. To date, in 2022, Tesla Model 3 is the best-selling electric car in Spain.

Tesla is on tour in Spain to bring more joy during these warm summer days, according to information from Gonzalo Serratosa Cañamás, Store Manager at Valencia Area at Tesla, posted on LinkedIn. As part of the tour, the manufacturer's team will visit various cities in the country to increase awareness of the brand and its vehicles. Armed with Tesla Model 3 and Model Y, the company will visit a few regions and invite everyone to get a first-hand experience of driving electric cars during a test drive. All you need to do is sign up for a test drive.

The first stop was Levante, but there are more to come. According to the Tesla website, Model 3 and Model Y will be available for test drives during the summer tour in Calpe, Oliva, L'Aldea, Tarragona and the Costa Brava. Many Spaniards have heard of Tesla but never had the opportunity to see its cars, much less drive them. This tour should expand the horizons of consumers by showing them that driving an electric car is fun, easy, and most importantly, environmentally friendly.

As of today, Tesla Model 3 is the best-selling electric car in Spain in 2022 with 1,594 units sold, according to EU-EVs. It should be kept in mind that the data includes absolutely all sales that are registered to date. In addition, an important factor is that only five Model 3s were registered in July, and only three in August, but despite this, the car of the Texas manufacturer continues to lead the EV market. The main number of cars will be delivered to the country at the end of August and in September, so the fun will start a little later.
