Tesla China has created a special handling team that will meet the needs of the company's car owners, as Tesla strives to satisfy them while complying with all laws and regulations.

On April 20, Tesla China issued a statement on its Weibo account, addressing all of its customers, media, and friends. The company announced that it has established a special handling team that will focus on resolving as quickly as possible any problems and issues related to its vehicles that Tesla customers have.

Recently, a Tesla owner from China attracted a lot of attention at the Shanghai auto show by climbing onto the roof of the car. The woman expressed her dissatisfaction with an accident she had been in earlier. In this regard, Tesla China apologized for not being able to solve the problem of the car owner in time and announced the creation of a special team.

The company emphasized that it listens to different voices from the media, owner feedback, customer suggestions, and criticism. Tesla CEO Elon Musk himself has repeatedly reacted to owners' comments and constantly strives to make appropriate changes as soon as possible, if the situation requires it. Now, a custom-built team in China will respond to local customers' concerns, saying they are always ready to do their best to actively communicate with car owners and seek solutions.
