Tesla China Expands Store Manager Hiring in 24 Cities as Demand Skyrockets

Tesla's popularity is growing in China as Giga Shanghai continues to ramp up production. As demand rises, Tesla China is expanding its presence by opening new Integrated Experience Centers and hiring new employees.

In July, Tesla Model 3 again became the best-selling electric vehicle, reaching 11,575 units. As demand further skyrockets, Tesla China expands its hiring of Store Managers to 24 cities across the country.

The announcement says that Tesla is hiring employees for the position of Store Manager in: Shanghai, Changzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Changshu, Nantong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Huizhou, Changsha, Foshan, Nanning, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guiyang, Kunming, Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Dalian.

These actions are in accordance with the company's plan to open multi-purpose sales centers in 45 different cities across the country. Just recently, Tesla opened a number of new stores in Lingang, Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu.

Tesla Integrated Experience Centers include vehicle displays, sales, post-sales services, and test drives. This makes these locations ideal and incredibly convenient for customers. Tesla will build multi-purpose centers all over China, including remote areas closer to the border of the country.

Tesla's popularity in China continues to grow rapidly. The company's stores are experiencing a large flow of customers every day. Each new store has the potential to expand coverage by ~ 400%.

Since entering the Chinese market at the end of 2013, Tesla has offered quality products and services to Chinese consumers. The development of a new regional market is exactly how Tesla continues to fulfill the needs and demand of the Chinese market.

Today, China has become Tesla's largest market outside of North America and has broad development prospects. A 100% clean future is still far away, but we are increasingly convinced that Tesla will ultimately be successful in its mission “to accelerate the transition of the world to sustainable energy.”
