Tesla Cybertruck Gets Cool Fan-Made Landing Page Concept

A landing page for the Tesla Cybertruck was made recently. The Cybertruck Owners club shared their concept for the pickup’s landing page on YouTube. Elon Musk’s all-electric pickup truck has become well-known since its unveiling, despite receiving mixed reviews initially.

“Presenting our concept for the Tesla Cybertruck landing page! The Cybertruck page on the Tesla website is informative but lacks some animation and flair. So for fun, we used our imagination and put together this concept landing page for the Cybertruck. The specs are based off the tri-motor Cybertruck model’s current specs on the Tesla site. Enjoy,” wrote the Cybertruck Owners Club in their description of the video.

Tesla’s CYBRTRK reservation orders are $100. Recent reports about Cybertruck preorders indicate that there is strong demand for Elon Musk’s unique pickup truck. Tesmanian previously reported that Cybertruck orders could have reached about 620k as of April. According to Forbes, CYBRTRK reservations were averaging almost 6,000 a day back in February.

During the Q4 2019 Earnings Call, Elon Musk alluded to the Cybertruck’s strong demand. “I have never seen actually such a level of demand at this-- we’ve never seen anything like it basically. I think we will make as about as many as we can sell for many years. So--as many-- we’ll sell as many as we can make, it’s going to be pretty nuts. So, and I think actually the product is better than people realize even, they don’t have enough information to realize just be awesomeness of it, it’s just great,” Tesla’s CEO said.

Musk discussed the complexities and intricacies of the Cybertruck’s future production line on the Third Row Tesla podcast. He stated that one of the more challenging aspects of the CYBRTRK’s production would come from engineers’ mindsets. “In theory, the Cybertruck should be straightforward from a body standpoint. But it does require the vehicle engineering to kind of refactor their thinking to an exoskeleton instead of an endoskeleton approach,” he shared.

The Cybertruck revealed during Tesla’s unveiling even in November 2019 has already undergone some changes in preparation for production. For instance, Tesla has reduced the Cybertruck’s size by 3%, according to Musk.

Cybertruck production has been scheduled to start in late 2021 for the tri-motor and dual-motor variants. Production on the single-motor CYBRTRK was expected to begin in late 2022. Elon Musk also hinted at a Plaid Cybertruck, but Tesla has not released any details about the variant as of this writing.
