Tesla and its CEO Elon Musk have always loved to please their customers with pleasant surprises. These unexpected finds, called "Easter Eggs," can often be found in new updates to their cars.
In December, Tesla released the new update 2019.40.50, which includes new features like Driver Profiles and Camp Mode. The automaker also added a few additional improvements to make driving a Tesla safer and more functional.
Camp Mode is perfect for people who stay in their vehicles a lot. With Camp Mode, Tesla owners could rest and even spend the night in the comfort of their all-electric cars while parked.
“Your car can now maintain airflow, temperature, interior lighting, as well as play music, and power devices when Camp Mode is enabled. To enable Camp Mode, tap the fan icon at the bottom of the touchscreen and set Keep Climate On to CAMP while your car is in PARK. Big batteries rock. ”
When the car is in Camp Mode for a long period, a pleasant animated screensaver appears on the screen, which creates a feeling of additional comfort in the car. In order for this screensaver to activate, you need to wait 10 minutes.
But, as it turned out, in addition to the beautiful and enchanting animation of the bonfire, tent, two chairs and festive garlands, there is something else special.

On the Cybertruck, Camp Mode will probably used to its fullest potential. Tesla has said that Camper Mode accessories will be available for sale for the Cybertruck. Based on pictures of the accessories it could include a bed tent, and even a small outdoor kitchen. Combined with the all-electric pickup truck’s solar panels, Camper Mode could be the best accessory for people who stay out a lot whether it’s camping or just traveling often.
