Tesla to Open 1st Supercharging Station in Greece as Global Expansion Speeds Up in Europe

Tesla is actively preparing for the start of a full-fledged entry into the Greek market. Following the announcement of the country's first Service Center, the company will soon be completing the first Supercharging station.

A Tesla Supercharging station is already installed in Marousi and will be the first branded charging station of the company in Greece. The station is located behind the Athens Pop-up Golden Hall at the entrance to the Olympic Museum but has not yet been launched into operation. It consists of six stalls, although at the moment, it is not known which version of the Supercharger is installed since the stalls are covered with polyethylene bags, and it is impossible to see them in more detail. @TeslaFansGR/Twitter shared some pictures of the Tesla charging station.

On forum.supercharge.info, we managed to find a few more details and a clearer photo of the new Supercharging station. The new location is at 37a Leof. Kifisias 37A, 151 23 Marousi, Greece. Also at this address, in Golden Hall, is a Tesla store, so the appearance of the company's charging station here is not a surprise.

In addition to the store and the Supercharging station, Tesla will also open a service center soon. At the end of December 2020, Tesmanian reported that the Tesla Service Center would begin operations in January 2021, as reported by Tesla's PR manager in Greece.
